PRECONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Prior to construction, we consult with the project architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure that design documents are sufficiently detailed, the construction schedule is realistic, and budgeting and cost estimation are solid. We meet with subcontractors to coordinate their work. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Through a combination of structure, organization, experience and technology, the DiPierro & Brown construction management team helps plan, coordinate and oversee construction projects from beginning to end. With the help of our Procore and Sage construction management software programs, we inform project planning, budget and manage costs, allocate resources, procure materials and manage contracts. We meet weekly with our project teams, and we stress QA/QC, project documentation, and safety management. With us as CM, you get the project you want at the agreed-upon time and price.
GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION
