DiPierro & Brown was hired by a South Boston family that owned an empty lot with a garage to do a completely new build project. We removed the garage first, then built a single-family 3000 sq. ft. three story home that included an attached garage for parking on the first floor. The home includes all the latest features such as a high efficiency furnace with heat pump, frameless shower enclosures with custom tile bathrooms, quartz counter tops in the kitchens and bathrooms, and hardwood floors throughout. It also has the added rear balcony element with spiral staircase adding to the unique structure. The project value was $875,000.
