Sara handles first line client relations, scheduling, and general administration of everything that comes through the firm.
When she started at DiPierro and Brown in September of 2018, her role has evolved to where she wears many hats. She is involved in everything from human relations with onboard new employees; accounts receivables/payable to ensure vendors are compliant and receive prompt payment; and customer relations by having initial conversations with prospective clients to assess their needs and determine if they are the right solution for them.
An ideal client is one who’s timing allows for the process to be done the right way and appreciates the expertise the firm has to offer. “If I was the client, I would appreciate the time that Rob takes to talk to every client to nail down the vision they have,” says Sara. “Everything is done the right way for the client every step of the way. Our team is an advocate for our clients in everything from vendor selection, permit gathering and rectifying zoning issues and restrictions.” Sara is excited to see the business continue to grow. It has turned out much better than imagined especially during the construction pause that occurred during COVID-19.
In her time outside of the office Sara enjoys traveling, working out and reading. Nothing compares to her love of spending time with her two dogs, Meadow and Duffy. In fact, if you go into the office, you’ll likely be greeted by them.
