Dave is responsible for project management which includes controlling budgets, negotiating subcontracts, and providing day-to-day communication to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget. David holds an excellent track record of strong working relationships with owners, architects, and engineers that results in successful construction experiences.
Dave’s philosophy on successful project management is built around communication and efficiency. Communication is vital at every level of a project and with each party involved including vendors, the in-house team, and clients. He also says that if you aren’t organized in the process, you lose valuable efficiencies that cost both time and money. He maintains that his superior organizational skills help him to guide the process as smoothly as possible.
With a master’s degree in business from Boston University and an architectural degree from Wentworth Institute, David has over 25 years’ experience in design and construction overseeing all phases of multi-million-dollar construction projects. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work with clients such as National Park Services, VA, State of MA, Navy, GE, and countless private clients.
